Abstract
Letter, typed summary of interview with H. Dan and Zoe McGrew (3 leaves) concerning the Hill Farm, its buildings, the house, a dam built by Walter Hill and altered by Maurice Florance, the farm after the Florance family purchased it, and Dan's purchase in 1948. Also includes typed copies of newspaper clippings about the sale of the Hill Farm, McGrew's own farm being sold to his hired man, Steve Boychuk, and the McGrew's 25th wedding anniversary.

Nellie McIvor Letters

Abstract
Two letters from Nellie Fitzpatrick McIvor containing information about her husband, Norman McIvor, born at Ontario, Canada, and worked at Hill Farm, Humboldt Division (Humboldt, Minn.) starting about 1898. They met at the farm where she worked for the cook, Annie Nelson. Norman and Nellie wed in 1904. Norman farmed near Lancaster, Minn. after leaving Hill Farm. Died at his Lancaster, Minn. farm in 1934.
